Laukurt Löktrav Løgkarse Garlic Mustard
Resonably common in parts of Denmark, sporadic in south/mid Sweden, furthur north it becomes rare or non exesiant.
Leaves, flowers and fruit are edible. Used maily in salad or smashed up in a pesto. As the English name suggests a mild garlic and mustard flavour. It tends to loose the flavour if cooked.
